"Wish I’d Signed Up Sooner"
I shop here for wetsuits regularly, and I kind of regret not paying attention to the rewards points earlier. They actually add up. I got a nice discount on my last order, and the shipping updates were simple to follow. If you’re buying from them more than once, having an account feels worth it.

"Too Much Hassle to Order"
I tried ordering from ripcurl the site just felt like a headache right away. The pages were loading painfully slow, my cart kept clearing itself, and checkout gave me errors twice after I’d already entered my details. At that point, my brain just went, “Nope, if the website is this difficult, the order probably isn’t worth it.” I gave it a couple tries, but I ended up buying somewhere else instead.

"I had a Rip Curl gift card and..."
I had a Rip Curl gift card and thought it would be a quick checkout thing, but it ended up being kind of a hassle. The card wouldn’t apply right away, so I had to mess with it a few times before it finally worked. Customer service did get back to me, which I appreciated, but the response took a bit and wasn’t exactly crystal clear. It all worked out in the end, but I definitely expected the process to be smoother

"Good stuff, just wish it was clearer"
I like that Rip Curl has some recycled gear now, which is definitely nice to see. I just wish they shared more clear info about their factories and the materials they’re using.

"Order was fine, delivery could’ve been smoother"
My order did show up in the end, and everything inside was fine, so no complaints there. The tracking just barely updated and it ended up arriving a couple days late, which felt avoidable. Overall, the product was okay, but the delivery side could definitely be better

Had a good look around they seem to have all the surf stuff anyone ever needs. There were loads of wetsuits, boardshorts, and casual clothes, and I found what I was after really quickly. No fuss, no hassle, just easy

"Good wetsuit overall, but the leg fit was a little tight"
I ordered a wetsuit from Rip Curl and overall I’m happy with it. The arms and chest fit snug like a wetsuit should, but the legs were definitely tighter than I expected at first. After one surf, it loosened up a bit and felt much better, so maybe it just needed a break-in session. Shipping was totally fine too, no issues there. I’d give it 4 stars, but if the sizing keeps feeling inconsistent on future orders, I might have to start looking at other brands.

"Warranty Helped Me Out"
I had some kind of issue with my wetsuit and wasn’t totally sure what to expect or what was going on at first. The warranty team did end up sorting it out for me, though. It took a few days longer than I thought it would, which was a little confusing, but in the end they did help and got it handled.

"I ordered my usual size, but the fit…"
I ordered my usual size, but the fit was all over the place. The shirt was super tight, like really tight, and the shorts were huge. Huge. Dealing with the return wasn’t exactly easy either, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. I definitely won’t be trusting their size chart again.

"Really Comfy Gear"
I had a good feeling about this gear when I picked it up, my instinct was right. It’s really comfortable and easy to wear for long stretches without feeling restricted. Definitely happy with it.

"Easy return, but sizing info could’ve been clearer"
I had to return a wetsuit because I ended up ordering the wrong size, which was annoying since the sizing info wasn’t exactly clear to begin with. That said, once I started the return, the steps were easy to follow and I got the label quickly. The refund also came through sooner than I expected. So overall, no real hassle with the return itself, but the unclear communication around sizing was frustrating.

I ordered something from Rip Curl but ended up having to return it. The refund did come through in the end, so I can’t really complain too much, but it did take longer than I expected. I had to follow up once, though maybe I was just being a bit impatient. Overall it wasn’t a terrible experience, I just think the return process could be a little smoother.

"Looks good, but wish it held up better"
I picked up a hoodie and some boardshorts from Rip Curl, and they looked really nice when I first got them. After a few washes though, I noticed the stitching starting to wear a little. It’s not like they fell apart or anything, haha, I just expected them to hold up a bit better for the price.
